KNOW US

A designer of Lebanese origin, Georges BEDRAN was born in Assia in northern Lebanon in 1979. Motivated since his childhood by fashion, he brilliantly obtained his first diploma at the "Saint-Basile" school in Batroun. After a first enriching experience in large luxury houses such as Georges HOBEIKA in Beirut, he decided to travel to Paris to improve his knowledge of fashion. In Paris, he joined Formamod, a professional training center for the fashion arts, from which he graduated with Very Good mention, and congratulated by his teachers for his vision of Parisian fashion. He will continue his training at the Institut Paris-Modeliste (IPM), while collaborating with several major Parisian houses including Cacharel, Veronique Leroy, Georges Rech, etc., or with Paris des Créateurs. Georges Bedran then participated in several competitions for young designers. His first fashion show took place as part of the Cabrio-Show at the Salon du Cabriolet and the Coupé, then at the AFTM private party at the Marriott Paris Hotel. He contributed for the first time to Paris Fashion Week in 2013 by presenting, at the Hôtel Lutetia, a sublime and elegant collection, characterized by a harmonious mixture of materials. He also dressed Miss Lebanon France 2013 before being an official creator for Cabaret Chic at the Adyar theater, then sponsor of the Brussels Cosmopolitan Fashion Show 2014. In 2015 he presented his new collection as guest of honor at the Panafrican Film Festival in Cannes, and in 2016 the Lebanese community invited him to present his creations at the Journées du Liban in Paris at the Espace des Blancs-Manteaux in Paris. In 2017, during the European Days of Crafts, he presented his new collection at the Espace Batignolles with the collaboration of the famous Calais lace manufacturer, Dentelles Noyon, and the Peacekeepers' Orchestra of the Paris Prefecture of Police which, for the first time since its creation in 1919, played the music of a fashion show. In 2018, Georges Bedran was invited to the Russian Embassy in France to organize his parade on the occasion of the Russian national holiday. A few months later, he will present his new collection at the Carlton Hotel in Lille for the first edition of the Gold Fashion Art event. Then her 2019 collection, also in Noyon lace, presented at the Rachel Hardouin Gallery will delight visitors who love art crafts.
